Jerusalem’s Entrepreneurship Development Cell was formed with a vision to inculcate Entrepreneurial spirit among student community. We also create business opportunity for students with constant guidance through various programs and schemes to achieve success in Entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI), Tamilnadu along with Anna University, Chennai has identified our college as one of the spoke colleges under the Innovation & Entrepreneurship development program (IEDP). We have also got funding from various Government and Non-Governmental funding agencies such as Department of Science and Technology (DST), under the scheme of NIMAT (National Implementing and Monitoring Agency for Training) and Betamonks Technology Factory private limited etc. We also conduct Entrepreneurship Awareness Camps, Guest lectures, My Success Story- Experience sharing programs from renowned entrepreneurs along with Industrial visits to start-ups, Incubation centers, and facilitation centers for students. We have signed MoUs with leading associations and industries for conducting entrepreneurship enhancements programs. We also have Young Indians Yuva club for promoting entrepreneurial skills through various programs. Jerusalem College of Engineering has also been certified to establish Institution Innovation Council (IIC) under the scheme of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD).
