The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering in association with IETE Students’ Forum (ISF) conducted Think - N - Connect, Technical Quiz on 26.03.26. Twenty Teams of 60 students from various colleges like KCG College of Technology, St. Joseph’s Institute of Technology, Panimalar Engineering College, Tagore Engineering College etc., participated in the event. The event was conducted online in Google meet by the student coordinators Ms.J.Akalya, IV ECE & Sreearjunan L, III Year ECE with the guidance of Dr. Sheeja V Francis HoD - ECE & Dean Augmentation, IETE coordinators Dr.G.T.Bharathy, Associate Prof., & Dr.T.Tamilselvi, Associate Professor, Staff Coordinators Ms.R.Malathy, Assistant Professor & Ms.S.A.Saranya, Assistant Professor. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various institutions. The Technical Quiz challenged participants’ technical knowledge, analytical thinking and 15 teams were shortlisted. Technical Connections was conducted for the shortlisted teams of 45 students on 27.03.26 through Google meet. The event challenged participants to link and interpret technical concepts creatively, showcasing their analytical thinking and domain knowledge. It was exciting to witness innovative approaches and strong competition among the shortlisted teams. Two teams from JCE bagged the I prize of Rs 650/- and two teams one from JCE and other from Tagore Engineering College bagged the II prize of Rs 350/-
