The main purpose of the Grievance & redressal Cell is to inculcate a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stake holders of the institution in order to maintain a conducive educational environment.
Procedure for submitting grievances :
Grievance may be registered with respective proctors or class in-charges. Grievances can also be submitted to online.grievances@jerusalemengg.ac.in and AICTE centralized support system https://css.aicte-india.org/login
Mechanism of GRC
Collection of grievances through various modes such as email, online link, AICTE centralised support link and written letters submitted to proctors and class incharges.
Address the grievances and to solve them within a stipulated time limit
Review all cases and prepare statistical reports about the number of cases received in each semester, the cases attended to and the number of pending cases, if any, which require direction and guidance from the higher authorities
Record all the proceedings and submit it to Principal for actions.
