Entrepreneurship Development Cell

The Department of Management studies coordinates the Entrepreneurship Development cell of Jerusalem College of Engineering. Entrepreneurship Development cell was established in the year 2018. Through EDC various guest lectures are organized with the entrepreneurial themes like future of Entrepreneurs, drafting of business plan, startup opportunities, entrepreneurship the way of life etc. and Business carnival our ED Cell inculcates Entrepreneurship spirit among students.

Vision:

Entrepreneurship Development cell of Jerusalem College of Engineering was set up with a vision of inculcating and developing Entrepreneurial skills among students of Jerusalem College of Engineering.

Mission:

To Create Business opportunity for students with constant guidance through various programs and schemes to achieve success in Entrepreneurship.

Objectives:

To create awareness on entrepreneurship among students.
To enhance creative thinking to develop innovative products.
To act as a bridge between Institution, external agencies and Financial Institutions.
To provide advisory services to budding Entrepreneurs.

Functions:

Organize entrepreneurship awareness camps, entrepreneurship development programs, skill development programs.
Arrange guest lectures by successful entrepreneurs and provide a platform for interaction between professional entrepreneurs and student entrepreneurs

JCE, Entrepreneurship Cell has Memorandum of Understanding with Young Indians (An Unit of Confederation of Indian Industry) and Self Reliant Bharat Movement (SRBM).
