🚀 PLANET X – INTER-COLLEGIATE HACKATHON The Department of Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Jerusalem College of Engineering, in association with The Institution of Engineers (India) [IEI], organized the “Planet X – Inter-Collegiate Hackathon” on 24 March from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The event focused on the theme “AI for Sustainable Energy and Climate Solutions,” encouraging students to develop innovative and impactful solutions addressing real-world environmental challenges. The hackathon provided a platform for participants to showcase their technical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. A registration fee of ₹150 was collected, and prizes worth ₹7000 were awarded to the winners. The event was coordinated by Ms. M. Preetha (Faculty Coordinator) under the guidance of Dr. M. S. Jeyalakshmi (HOD/AI&DS), Dr. V. Jamuna (Chief Advisor–IEI), and Dr. S. Sathiyamurthy (Principal), with the support of the management including Selvi Rakshana (Chief Executive Officer), Mr. Manikandan G (Trust Secretary), and Dr. M. Mala (Chairperson).
