The Department of Civil Engineering celebrated a crusade JAL DIWAS as part of Jal Shakti Abhiyan (JSA) Campaign launched by Govt. of India, on 22.7.2019.
The Department of Civil Engineering organized one day training on ‘Total Station’ to faculty and technical staff on 5.8.2019 for which Mr. Mohamed Saleem from Indus Instruments, Chennai was the resource person.
The Department of Civil Engineering organized a survey camp at Pudupakkam, Chennai for six days from 7.8.2019 to 9.8.2019, 13.8.2019, 14.8.2019 and 16.8.2019 for III year students.
The Department of Civil Engineering inaugurated Civil Engineering Association (CEA) on 17.9.2019 for which Prof. S. Sellappa, Chief Engineer (Retd), TamilNadu Water Supply and Drainage (TWAD) Board was the Chief guest.
