Greetings from the Department of Management Studies, Jerusalem College of Engineering, Chennai.
The Department was established in the year 2009 and offers a two-year Master of Business Administration programme with dual specialisation. The programme is designed to develop competent, ethical, and industry-ready management professionals equipped to meet the challenges of the dynamic business environment.
The Department strives to impart high-quality management education by integrating theoretical concepts with practical applications. It is supported by well-equipped classrooms, ICT-enabled teaching, and access to advanced software tools and digital resources. The learning environment encourages critical thinking, innovation, and effective decision-making.
Our faculty members are highly qualified with strong academic and industry backgrounds. They mentor students in identifying and pursuing their career interests across various specializations such as HR / Finance / Marketing / Operations / Business Analytics. The Department adopts a career-oriented approach through internships, live projects, industrial visits, certification programmes, case study discussions, and guest lectures by industry experts.
The Department is actively engaged in research, consultancy, and collaborative activities. Faculty and students contribute to knowledge creation through publications in reputed national and international journals and participation in conferences and seminars. We emphasize holistic development by encouraging students to participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities such as management fests, business simulations, entrepreneurship initiatives, and leadership programmes.
