Ms. Haritha J is a dedicated Training Professional with 8 years of experience in student skill development, aptitude training, and employability enhancement. She is passionate about empowering students with the knowledge, confidence, and competencies required to succeed in competitive recruitment processes and build successful careers.

Over the years, she has designed and delivered structured training programs in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Analytical Ability, Verbal Ability, and Problem-Solving Techniques. Her learner-centric training methodology focuses on strengthening students' conceptual understanding, improving analytical thinking, and enhancing their test-taking strategies through regular practice sessions, assessments, and personalized mentoring.

Coordinated with external training partners to plan and deliver comprehensive student development programs covering Aptitude Ability, Technical Skills, Soft Skills and Interview Readiness. Worked closely with training teams to schedule sessions, monitor training progress, ensure quality delivery, and facilitate effective learning outcomes that enhanced students' employability and career readiness.
